CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of 100% of the deposit. No exceptions. All deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Deposits cannot be credited, applied to future services, or reused for any reason. Failure to provide proper notice will result in full loss of the deposit. No credits or rescheduling will be granted. Only the client receiving the service is allowed in the treatment room. No guests, children, or animals are permitted inside the clinic. Failure to follow these policies may result in appointment cancellation without refund.
